One Hundred and Ninth Annual General Meeting - Resolutions

Business transacted at the one hundred and ninth annual general meeting

The Company is pleased to announce:

·; that at its one hundred and ninth annual general meeting held on 28 May 2013, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting put to the meeting were passed (in the terms set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting) by shareholders on a show of hands;

·; full details of the proxy votes lodged by post and electronically for each of the resolutions are available on the Company's website at www.agbarr.co.uk;

·; a copy of each of the resolutions concerning items other than the ordinary business transacted at the meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA") and will be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism website at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM; and

·; a copy of all the resolutions passed at the meeting are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting contained within the Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2013, which is available on the Company's website at www.agbarr.co.uk.
