Requisition to Convene an Extraordinary General Meeting

B90 Holdings plc (AIM: B90) announces that it has received a letter on behalf of a group of shareholders in the Company, requisitioning an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") of the Company's shareholders (the "Requisition") under section 67(2) of the Isle of Man Companies Act 2006 ("Act").

The Requisition proposes the following matters to be included on the agenda:

· The removal of Mr Karim Peer as Executive Chairman and as director of the Company

· The election of additional directors:

1. Mr. Ronny Ingvar Breivik

2. Mr. Martin Fleisje

Any appointments to the board of an AIM company are subject to the satisfactory completion of regulatory due diligence and appropriateness checks by the Company's Nominated Adviser. No such checks have been commenced.

The board of directors intends to comply with its obligations in accordance with the Act and a circular convening the extraordinary general meeting will be posted to Shareholders as soon as practicable.

Shareholders are advised to take no action at this time. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
