Dividend Recommendation
The Directors of the Company have recommended a maiden dividend of €0.01 per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 March 2008. The dividend is payable (subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held around mid August) on 22nd August 2008 to holders of ordinary shares on the register of members of the Company as at close of business on 25th July 2008.
