ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK

We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Directors of the Bank has allotted 83,784 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 19th December, 2011 to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 41,25,74,800 equity shares from 41,23,26,295 equity shares as on 30th September, 2011. Further, please note that the Bank had allotted total 96,478 equity shares during the month of October, 2011 and 68,243 equity shares during the month of November, 2011.
