AXIS/CO/CS/15/2022-23 dated April 8, 2022 intimating about the date of meeting of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Bank inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.
