SUB: CESSATION OF RAJIV ANAND AS THE WHOLE-TIME DIRECTOR DESIGNATED AS DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR OF THE BANK

REF: INTIMATION UNDER REGULATION 30 OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015

This is further to our letter no. AXIS/CO/CS/34/2025-26 dated April 25, 2025.

We wish to inform you that Rajiv Anand (DIN: 02541753), Deputy Managing Director of the Bank, has retired from the services of the Bank and has accordingly ceased to be the Whole-time Director (designated as Deputy Managing Director) of the Bank with effect from the close of business hours on August 3, 2025.

The Board and the management team places on record their appreciation for his contributions to the Bank over the years and wishes him very best in his future endeavours.
