SUB : CHANGES IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF AXIS BANK LIMITED
With reference to above, we inform that the term of office of Ms. Rama Bijapurkar, Director of the Bank has expired in terms of the provisions of section 10-A (2-A) (i) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 with effect from today. Accordingly, she has ceased to be a Director of the Bank from today.
