SUB: UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF AXIS BANK LIMITED ('THE BANK') FOR THE QUARTER ENDING AS ON 30TH JUNE, 2016
REF: REGULATIONS 29 (1), 46 (2) AND 47 (1) OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ('LISTING REGULATIONS')
Notice is hereby given that the 170th meeting of the Board of Directors ('the Board) of Axis Bank Limited (the Bank) will be held on Thursday, 21st July, 2016 and Friday, 22nd July, 2016 at Hyatt Ahmedabad, Plot 216, Town Plan Scheme 1, Near Vastrapur Lake, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380 006, to inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ending 30th June, 2016, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank.
Please note that the said results will be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges after conclusion of the said meeting on 22nd July, 2016, in accordance with the Listing Regulations. Thereafter, the Bank will be holding conference calls with the Analysts with regard to the said results.
The notice of the said meeting for the above purpose is being uploaded on the website of the Bank and will be published in the newspapers, in terms of Regulations 46 (2) and 47 (1) of the Listing Regulations. The said results will also be published in the newspapers and uploaded on the website of the Bank, in the prescribed format, in terms of Regulation 47 (1) of the Listing Regulations.
Please note that the restricted trading window (blackout period) for dealing in shares / securities of the Bank will commence from 1st July, 2016 and will continue up to 24th July, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of the "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders - April 2016" formulated and adopted by the Bank, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
You are requested to take note of above and arrange to bring the same to the notice of all concerned.
