Avesco Group PLC31 January 2008 Avesco Group plc(the 'Company') Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in theCompany in issue as at the date of this notice is 25,985,899 with each sharecarrying the right to one vote. There are 962,500 shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 25,023,399. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosureand Transparency Rules.
