InvestinMedia PLC16 August 2005 16 August 2005 InvestinMedia plc ("InvestinMedia" or "the Company") Transaction in own shares InvestinMedia announces that it has today purchased, through Panmure Gordon &Co, 92,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Companyat a price of 98 pence per share. This purchase was in accordance with theauthority to buy-back shares in the market granted by shares holders at theAnnual General Meeting of the Company held on 3 March 2005. The 92,500 OrdinaryShares acquired by the Company will be held in treasury, which will leave atotal of 16,223,797 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury)and 92,500 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
