Medal Entertainment & Media PLC08 May 2006 8th May 2006 Medal Entertainment & Media plc ("the Company") The Company was notified on Friday 5th May 2006 that InvestinMedia plc hadpurchased 614,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") at 70 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this purchase, InvestinMedia plc's interest in the share capitalof the Company, is now 3,131,943 Ordinary Shares representing approximately20.74 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The Company has also been notified today, in accordance with the provisions ofSections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985 that Chase Nominees Limited hasdisposed of 429,413 Ordinary Shares in the share capital of the Company.
