Employee Stock Purchase Plan
The Company was notified on 24 January 2024 that the below purchase of Avon Protection plc ordinary shares were made by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited on 23 January 2024 on behalf of Paul Hamilton, a PDMR, under the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
The ESPP is an employee stock purchase plan available to eligible US employees of the Company's US subsidiaries. Under the ESPP, the Company offers US employees the opportunity to buy or subscribe for shares out of their post-tax salary at a discounted price of no less than 85% market value.
This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
