Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Avon Protection plc was notified on 25 July 2024 that the below purchase of Avon Protection plc ordinary shares were made by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited on 25 July 2024 on behalf of two of the Group's persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') under the Group's Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
The ESPP is an employee stock purchase plan available to eligible US employees of the Group's US subsidiaries. Under the ESPP, the Group offers US employees the opportunity to buy or subscribe for shares out of their post-tax salary at a discounted price of no less than 85% market value.
This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
The information contained in the below notifications are disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
