Filter contract status update

In our Interim Management Statement of 2 February 2012 we advised that a contractual protest to the US Department of Defense (DoD) by one of the losing bidders for the five year contract for the M61 filter awarded to Avon would delay the exact delivery dates for an initial order worth $2.5m.

We have been informed by the DoD that this protest has now been withdrawn and we are able to proceed with the execution of delivery orders under that contract.
