Avon Protection plc
The following replaces the announcement "Director/PDMR shareholding" released on 23 November 2023 at 12.00 under RNS No: 4936U. In the original announcement, it was disclosed that Chief Executive Officer Jos Sclater had purchased 17,625 shares. These shares were in fact purchased by Anne Sclater, a Person Closely Associated to Jos Sclater. This has been corrected below.
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.
