Notification and public disclosure of transactions by PDMRS
Avon Technologies plc announces that on 22 December 2025, ordinary shares of £1 each were acquired by Rich Cashin, a PDMR, pursuant to an award held under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan that vested on 22 December 2025. The Award vested at 50% based on the final assessment of the Award's performance conditions.
Set out below are the number of shares acquired by Rich Cashin together with the number of such shares sold on the same date and the number of shares retained following the sale.
