Avon Rubber receives approval for the acquisition of 3M's ballistic protection business
Further to the announcement on 7 August 2019, Avon Rubber is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States ("CFIUS") to close the acquisition of 3M's ballistic protection business.
Following receipt of this approval the acquisition is expected to complete on 2 January 2020.
