PDMR / Director Shareholding

Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator has been informed that Andrew Green, non-executive Director, purchased 21,888 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 218 pence per ordinary share on 16 September 2015. Following this transaction, Andrew Green now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 21,888 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.015% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
