Contract win: Wananchi Group

· iSAT Africa extends East Africa coverage with Avanti Communications

· Deployment of satellite broadband services in Kenya and Tanzania

Tuesday 5th August - Avanti Communications has announced a new multi-year contract with African service provider, iSAT, a subsidiary of the Wananchi Group, East Africa's leading home entertainment operator. iSAT will deliver satellite broadband services across Kenya and Tanzania through various partners, resellers & distributors.

Deployed via Avanti's HYLAS 2 satellite, the service will target consumer and enterprise customers.
