Market Making Agreement
Avocet Mining PLC has entered into a market making agreement with SEB Enskilda AS in respect of the Company`s ordinary shares which are listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange ('OSE'). The purpose of the agreement, which is in addition to an existing market making agreement with Arctic Securities AS in Oslo, is to increase the liquidity of Avocet's shares. The agreement is in accordance with the requirements of the OSE, and will take effect from 28 April 2011.
