Directors' Dealings
Maitland Trustees Limited as trustee of the Avocet Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") recently informed the Company that it had released 31,638 ordinary shares in Avocet ("Shares") to Mike Norris, the Company's Finance Director, for a share bonus award made under the Company's executive long term incentive scheme in 2007. On 5 January, Mike Norris sold 11,750 Shares in order to settle the associated income tax liability.
As a result of these transactions, Mike Norris now holds 110,384 Shares in Avocet representing less than 0.1 per cent of the issued share capital. He also holds 18,049 shares in the EBT and a further 1,951 Shares in the Company's Share Incentive Plan, both of which vest no earlier than 9 July 2011.
