Director's Dealings
Avingtrans plc, which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules and associated services to the energy and medical sectors, announces that on 3 October 2017 Les Thomas, Non-Executive Director of the Group, purchased a total of 16,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 214 pence (the "Share Purchase").
Following the Share Purchase, which represents his only shareholding in the Company, Les is interested in 0.05 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
