Acquired Business Signs Β£1m Contract with Porvair
Β
Avingtrans (AIM:AVG), a manufacturer of critical components and associated services to the global aerospace, energy and medical sectors is pleased to announce that Exterran UK, the business which it acquired on 4th July and which shall be known henceforth as Maloney Metalcraft Ltd, has been awarded a contract with Porvair for the manufacture and supply of filter housing assemblies. The contract is expected to generate cΒ£1 million of revenue and runs to the end of June 2014.
