Avingtrans PLC10 March 2008 AVINGTRANS PLC (the "Company") Confirmation of Board composition Further to the announcement of 22 February 2008 of the appointment of RogerMcDowell as Non-executive Director and the retirement of Ken Baker, the Companyis pleased to confirm that Mr McDowell has today been appointed as Non-ExecutiveChairman. The Company also confirms that Mr Baker will continue to act as aconsultant to the Company until 30 June 2008. As part of Mr Baker's retirement, the Board has agreed to extend the exerciseperiod during which the 208,000 warrants at an exercise price of 50 pence eachthat Mr Baker currently holds are exercisable until to 10 March 2009.
