Director's Dealing
As required by AIM Rule 17, Aurora Russia Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr Geoffrey Miller, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, today advised the Company that he today sold his entire holding in the Company, being 250,000 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 37.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Mr Miller's sale follows the Company's successful disposal of OSG Records Management and his notification to the Company of his intention to step down from the Board as soon as a replacement has been found.
