Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Company plc (the "Company") announces in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9(2) that Marion Sears, a Non-Executive Director and the Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Shepherd Neame Limited, with effect from 1 April 2025. Upon appointment, Marion Sears will also become Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
