Brandberg West Inaugural Drill Results

Notable mineral intersections for tin, tungsten and copper

Andrada Mining Limited (AIM: ATM, OTCQB: ATMTF), a critical raw materials producer with mining and exploration assets in Namibia, is pleased to provide results from its inaugural drilling programme undertaken at the historical Brandberg West mine, situated within the EPL5445 exploration licence. The objective of this programme is to provide an initial indication of the grade potential and geology of the historical open pit area and to investigate the potential mineralisation of the northern extensions. These results constitute the first batch of samples from this programme, representing ten (10) out of the twenty (20) holes drilled.

Highlights

All drill holes intersected mineralisation representing the primary metals of interest, namely tin ("Sn"), tungsten ("W") and copper ("Cu"). Significant drill intersections include:

§ Drill hole AT3 10:

0.86 m at 0.15% Sn, 2.42% W and 0.46% Cu from 30.55 m to 31.41 m

2.88 m at 0.78% Sn, 2.65% W and 0.80% Cu from 65.28 m to 68.16 m

1.27 m at 0.03% Sn, 1.40% W and 0.69% Cu from 74.03 m to 75.30 m

Anthony Viljoen, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"The Brandberg West project's initial drilling results are highly encouraging featuring significant high-grade intersections of tin, tungsten and copper. These intersections, with grades of up to 4% for tin, over 2% for tungsten and typically 0.5% - 2% for copper, underscore the licence's commercial potential. Notably, Brandberg West expands Andrada's portfolio of critical metals to include tungsten and copper. This reinforces the Company's belief that the Erongo region, in Namibia is a promising mineral - rich area with substantial inventory to support our key objective to grow the resource base. Furthermore, the results validate our approach of developing areas with historical mining activity to bolster our portfolio."

Brandberg West

The Brandberg West project is situated within exploration license EPL 5445 in the Erongo region of Namibia. The project area is approximately 100km from the Uis Tin Mine, Andrada Mining's flagship asset. The historical open pit mine at Brandberg West was owned and operated by Gold Fields Limited until operations ceased in the 1980's, with the cessation of exploration activities coinciding with a global collapse of the tin price.

The historical Brandberg West mine produced a tin and tungsten concentrate with secondary copper being reported but never concentrated and sold. The mineralisation occurs within multiple generations of quartz veins that trend east - west and northwest - southeast. Most of these mineralised veins are subvertical and well exposed within the historically mined areas and surrounding areas. These quartz veins are hosted by the metasediments of the Zebraputs Formation, with overlying marble unit having acted as an impermeable barrier to the mineralising fluids.

Exploration Programme

The exploration programme comprised 20 oriented Diamond Drill (DD) holes for a total of 2 975m drilled. The results of the first 10 drill holes, representing 1 471 drill meters, are reported in this announcement. This drill programme sought to investigate the subsurface continuity and metal endowment of the quartz veins within the historical pit and in the mineralised extensions identified at surface to the north. All holes were drilled at dip angles of 60° or 45° to target the steeply dipping mineralised veins. These intersections should be considered as apparent widths, which are greater than true widths because of the non-perpendicular angles of intersection.

The metals reported herein, namely Sn, W and Cu, represent the primary focus of this drilling campaign. Anomalous concentrations of silver and gallium were identified in several of the analysed samples. The economic potential of these metals will be investigated as the project evolves. The results of this programme will be utilised to produce an updated geological model which will form the basis of any follow-up exploration programmes.

Table: Mineralised drill intersections from this programme. The reported intersections were selected using a 0.2% cut off for Sn, W and Cu. Where multiple samples were taken from a single quartz vein, the results were combined to provide a length-weighted average grade for the vein.

Downhole orientation surveys using a magnetic deviation probe at two (2) metre intervals were completed for each hole after drilling, and collar locations were surveyed using a differential GPS. Veins that did not meet the metal content cut off criteria have not been reported as they are not currently considered to be of economic significance.

Each drill hole was geologically and structurally logged and sampled as half core. The sampling programme attempted to follow geological contacts while also maintaining consistency in data representativeness The shortest sampled length was 25cm while the longest was limited to 125cm wherever possible. Once sampled, the material was dispatched to the laboratory for preparation and analysis. Sample analysis was undertaken by UIS Analytical Services, a certified independent laboratory in South Africa, using a lithium borate fusion. ICP-OES analysis was utilised for major and minor elements whilst ICP-MS was utilised for the trace elements, including Sn, W and Cu. No top cut was applied in calculating the weighted average grades for mineralised intersections.

Figure 1: Map displaying the localities of the reported holes. Line A-A' indicates the area represented by the cross section in Figure 2 below.

Figure 2: Section line A-A' displaying a projection of the drill hole AT3 03. Only selected intersections in the drill hole are labelled; the complete set of mineralised vein intersections is listed in Table 1. The veins shown here have been extrapolated a small distance from the drill hole and have been orientated in line with structural measurements from the core logs.
