AT&T Declares Quarterly Dividend BEDMINSTER, N.J., Sept. 22 -- AT&T's Board of Directors today declared a regular dividend of $0.2375 (23.75 cents) per share, payable November 1, 2005, to AT&T common shareowners of record on October 10, 2005. The common share dividends will go to approximately 2.3 million shareowners.
