Atlantic Coal, the AIM quoted anthracite coal mining company operating in Pennsylvania, USA, has been informed by Adam Wilson, Chairman of the Company, that on 16 December 2013 he purchased 12,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.07p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.2165 pence per Ordinary Share. These shares will be registered in the name of his SIPP, Bank of Scotland Premier SIPP. Following the purchase, Mr Wilson has an interest in 138,807,070 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.98% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
