Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (AIM: AT.), a leading subsea equipment rental and solutions provider for the global offshore energy sector, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website, www.ashtead-technology.com and will shortly be posted to shareholders.

The annual general meeting will take place at White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1DW on Thursday, 30 May 2024 at 11.00 a.m.
