Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (AIM: AT.), a leading subsea equipment rental and solutions provider for the global offshore energy sector, was informed that on the 18 April, Ingrid Stewart, CFO and Executive Director, has exercised options for 164,610 ordinary shares under the IPO LTIP at nil cost, and has sold 82,471 shares to cover income tax and National Insurance liabilities arising from the exercise. Following this exercise and sale, Ingrid Stewart has a beneficial interest in 317,925 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
