Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (AIM: AT.), a leading subsea equipment rental and solutions provider for the global offshore energy sector, was informed that on 28 November 2024, Bill Shannon, Independent Chairman and Non-Executive Director, purchased 13,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at an average price of 550p. Following this purchase, Bill Shannon has a beneficial interest in 65,397 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
