Andrews Sykes Group PLC24 August 2005 Andrews Sykes Group plc 24 August 2005 EGM StatementResult of Extraordinary General Meeting Andrews Sykes Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, at theExtraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today in relation to theproposed capital reduction, amendment to the articles of association and relatedmatters (details of which are contained in the circular sent to the Company'sshareholders on 28 July 2005), the special resolution put to shareholders wasduly passed. It is expected that court confirmation of the capital reduction will be receivedon 14 September 2005. A further announcement will be made at the relevant time.
