Interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2012

The board of directors of the Company are pleased to announce that an interim dividend of 7.1 pence per ordinary share of one pence each ("Ordinary Shares") was declared at a board meeting of the Company held on 29th October 2012. There are currently 42,262,082 Ordinary Shares in issue and therefore the total dividend payable is £3,000,608.
The interim dividend will be paid on 3rd December 2012 to shareholders on the register on 9th November 2012 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex-dividend on 7th November 2012.
