Andrews Sykes Group PLC26 March 2008 Andrews Sykes Group plc (the "Company")Interim dividend in respect of the year ending 28 December 200826th March 2008 The board of directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") are pleased toannounce that they have today declared an interim dividend of 6.5 pence perordinary share of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). There arecurrently 44,552,865 Ordinary Shares in issue and so the total dividend payableis £2,895,936. The interim dividend will be paid on 18th April 2008 to shareholders that are onthe register on 4th April 2008 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex dividendon 2nd April 2008. The Board of Directors intend to announce the results for the period ended 29thDecember 2007 on 1 May 2008 and copies of the statutory accounts will bedistributed to shareholders shortly thereafter.
