Clarification regarding concert party
Further to the Company's announcement on 26 November 2025, Aseana (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, confirms that the Lim Concert Party referred to in the announcement and Circular comprise solely the following entities which Lim Kian Onn is the ultimate beneficiary owner and/or settlor of:

Please note that the Lim Concert Party, or Mr. Lim Kian Onn and his interests stated above, is entirely separate and has no connection to LIM Advisors Limited, the LIM Asia Multi-Strategy Fund or the LIM Asia Special Situations Master Fund (another major shareholder of the Company).
All capitalised terms used throughout this announcement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Definitions section of this announcement and as defined in the Circular.
