Result of Placing, Open Offer and Offer for Subscription

Further to its announcement of 5 July, the Board of Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income PLC announces that the Company has raised gross proceeds of approximately £46.4m (equivalent to approximately €51.8m at the prevailing exchange rate) through its equity fundraising by way of a placing , open offer and offer for subscription (the "Issue").

Applications have been received under the Issue for 47,000,000 Ordinary Shares, which will be issued at a price of 98.75 pence per Ordinary Share. Of these, 31,062,359 Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the Open Offer, 13,915,465 Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the Placing and 2,022,176 Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the Offer for Subscription (which includes the Intermediaries Offer). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Issue, all applications made pursuant to Open Offer entitlements will be met in full.

Applications have been made for admission of the Ordinary Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's Main Market for listed securities. Admission is expected to take place, and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 31 July 2019.

Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares on 31 July 2019, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 234,500,001. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
