Amendment of Loan Facilities
Aberdeen Standard Equity Income Trust Plc ("the Company") announces that it has amended its five year revolving credit facility with Banco Santander S.A., London Branch ("Loan Facility").
With effect from 19 March 2020, the Loan Facility has reduced from £40 million to £20 million, and the margin has increased from 100 basis points over LIBOR to 130 basis points over LIBOR. The loan covenants under the Loan Facility have also been amended and require that the Company's gross assets will not be less than £100 million (previously £150 million).
The Loan Facility is fully drawn. No other changes have been made.
