Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice is 77,121,235.
The Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 77,121,235 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each, with one voting right per share, which includes 730,408 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 76,390,827.
The above figure of 76,390,827 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
