ASOS Chairperson Change
ASOS plc (the Company) announces that Adam Crozier has informed the Board that he intends to step down as Chairman of the Company, having accepted the role of Chairman of BT Group plc. The process to find a new Chair has commenced. Adam will remain on the Board and continue as Chairman until 28 November 2021, which marks the end of his three-year term of office.
