Save As You Earn Scheme and Director's Shareholding
Under the ASOS plc HMRC Approved Save As You Earn Option Plan (the "SAYE Plan"), the Company has been notified that the trustee of the SAYE Plan has purchased 75,924 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market (at a price of 439.98 pence per share).
Following this transaction, the trustee holds a total of 1,437,305 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.9% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
The following director has, under the terms of the SAYE Plan, acquired the option to acquire shares at 336 pence per share via the SAYE Plan and is accordingly treated as having the following interest in such Ordinary Shares:
