Save As You Earn Scheme
Under the ASOS plc HMRC Approved Save As You Earn Option Plan (the "SAYE Plan"), the Company has been notified that the trustee of the SAYE Plan has purchased 8,409 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market (at a price of 1500 pence per share).
Following this transaction, the trustee holds a total of 886,597 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.2% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
