Awards under Performance Share Plan
Following the announcement on 31 July 2008, the trustee of the ASOS Performance Share Plan 2006 (the "PSP") has purchased 301,349 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') in the market (at a price of 320.0 pence per share). Following these transactions, the trustee of the PSP holds a total of 1,119,741 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.54% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
In accordance with the announcement released earlier today, the following directors of the Company are potential beneficiaries under the PSP and are therefore treated as having the following interests in such Ordinary Shares:
