ASOS plc (the "Company")

 Option Amendment

On 16 January 2001, the Company entered into an unapproved option agreement ("the Option Agreement") with Lord Waheed Alli, a director of the Company and its Non-Executive Chairman. Further details of the Option Agreement are contained in the Company's AIM Admission Document dated 28 September 2001 and the Company's latest Annual Report, copies of which are available on the Company's website (http://www.asosplc.com).

The Company announces today that it has agreed an amendment to the Option Agreement such that the lapsing of the Option Agreement has been extended to expire on 1 January 2014. The remaining terms of the Option Agreement remain unchanged.
