ASOS PLC07 December 2006 ASOS plc ("ASOS" or the "Company") Awards under Performance Share Plan Following the announcement on 29 November, the trustee of the ASOS PerformanceShare Plan 2006 (the "PSP") has purchased 228,809 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 penceeach in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market (100,000 at a price of100.25 pence per share and 128,809 at a price of 105 pence per share). Followingthese transactions, the trustee of the PSP holds a total of 228,809 OrdinaryShares, representing approximately 0.32% of the Company's issued Ordinary Sharecapital.
