Directors' Share Purchases
ASOS Plc (the "Company") announces Jørgen Lindemann, Chair of the Company's Board, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") on 26 May 2023 at £4.181 per share as part of the non-pre-emptive placing of Shares of the Company, which was announced on 25 May 2023. Following this transaction, Jørgen Lindemann holds 130,052 Shares in the Company.
In addition, José Antonio Ramos Calamonte, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,000 Shares on 26 May 2023 at £4.181 per share as part of the retail offer for Shares of the Company, which was also announced on 25 May 2023. Following this transaction, José Antonio Ramos Calamonte holds 18,950 Shares in the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with UK Market Abuse Regulations (Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
