On 6 December 2011, ASOS granted awards under the ASOS plc HMRC Approved Save As You Earn Option Plan (the "SAYE Plan"), acquired the option to acquire shares at 1177.00 pence per share via the SAYE Plan and are accordingly treated as having the following interests in such Ordinary Shares:
