Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 23 November 2021, Mat Dunn, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer was granted an award under the ASOS Plc Long-Term Incentive Scheme (the "ALTIS"). The award was granted as nil-cost options over Ordinary Shares. The award will vest on 31 October 2024 and is subject to the achievement of performance conditions.
This notification is made in accordance with UK Market Abuse Regulations (Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
