ASOS Plc ("the Company") announces that Robert Bready, an Executive Director of the Company,Β sold 143,125 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 July 2012 at an average price of 1,818.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Bready no longer holds any Ordinary Shares in the Company. As disclosed on 24 May 2012, under the Management Incentive Plan (MIP), Mr Bready has been granted 788,604 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence, of which 394,302 will vest on 30 September 2012 and 394,302 will vest on 30 September 2013, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the MIP.
