Board changes

Following the announcement on October 1st of the appointment of Brian McBride as Chairman, ASOS announces further Board changes.

Kate Bostock will be joining the company and Board in January 2013 as Executive Director, Product and Trading. Kate was most recently Executive Director, General Merchandise and a main Board Director of Marks and Spencer and previously held senior roles at George at ASDA and Next.

Robert Bready, Product Director, has resigned from the Board after seven years, and is leaving the company to pursue fresh challenges. Rob played a formative role in the growth of the company during which the ASOS retail team grew from 20 to over 350 people.

Our Product and Trading team now exceeds 350 people. We are fortunate to have Kate bring us her wealth of experience from some of the biggest names in retailing as we strengthen our retail disciplines and put in place the structures needed to manage the next phase of our growth."
